Bonding Agent is made from pure acrylic emulsion, broad-spectrum fungicide etc.
Top Coat is based on Acrylic polymer, which is dissolved in a water medium.
The dry flakes are mixed with bonding agent with recommended quantity of water.
The dough is then trowelled onto the substrate to be coated to get an average dry film in the range of 1-1.5 mm.
